Agamemnon is the first play of the trilogy Oresteia written by Aeschylus. The play is a meditation on female revenge, sexual bleeding, male pomposity, self-consuming truth, and a sense of justice.

Ten years following the start of the Trojan War, and the bloody sacrifice of his daughter, King Agamemnon returns home to Greece with his war prize, the clairvoyant Cassandra, only to meet a welcome of retribution from his determined wife, Clytemnestra

The narrative of provocation and premonition are incorporated into the production by the objective: “to trap the living fact alive.”

This time the red carpet doesn’t take you to the Oscars, but to death.
