Artichoke Dance Company presents its 20th anniversary celebratory season with new, re-envisioned and revived selections honoring 2 decades of unique dance creations.

Each concert will include the works Overflow, a piece illuminating the nature of water with live music by Joshua Davis and set by Ian Trask, and Return/Repeat, highlights from previous productions re-envisioned into an original fast-paced dance with a new score by Joshua Davis. Both are choreographed by Artistic Director Lynn Neuman. Performances will also include revivals: Commuter Connection: A Rush Hour Romance (April 22), Falling with Grace and The Family Tree (April 23), and Falling with Grace and POW! (April 24).

Commuter Connection: A Rush Hour Romance (2003) brings select audience members onstage to play commuters who surreptitiously intervene in a romantic encounter. Falling with Grace (1996) will reunite creators/company co-founders Amy Drum, Daniel Gwirtzman and Lynn Neuman on stage. The Family Tree (1966/Creator: Amy Drum) is a raucous retelling of the Adam and Eve story. Drum will appear in its Saturday performance. POW! (1999/Creators: Daniel Gwirtzman and Lynn Neuman) is a comical throwback to early James Bond films and will be performed by Gwirtzman and Neuman.
