How Is It That We Live or Shakey Jake + Alice: Two lifelong lovers, who move in and out of each other’s lives. A pair of mysterious narrators who tell us their tale and take part in it. The play presents us with the ideals, thoughts, passions, joys and sorrows of ordinary/extraordinary people. Each their own particular selves embodying a generation at a recent time in our American history. Two human beings, who are born, die, live, love, get lost, get found.
