Reviled by history is a lonely man desperate to prove his own worth and willing to do anything to achieve absolute power.

Cast aside by his older siblings, chronically unable to relate to the powerful women in his midst,  this arch-villain of all villains — the intense, discontented, crippled, larger than life “protagonist, Richard resolves to wrest away his brother's crown by any means necessary.

His misdeeds propel him to dizzying heights atop a kingdom "built on brittle glass," but he cannot forever outrun the ghosts of his conscience

STNJ's Paul Mullins who played the title role ten years ago, directs.
