Entrance
There are entrances to the Lyric Theatre on 42nd and 43rd Street, with a preferred accessible entrance on 42nd Street. Entrance to the building is at street level with access to an elevator to the Orchestra and Dress Circle levels.
Box Office
The Box Office has two locations, one on 42nd Street and one on 43rd Street. Both are on Street Level and feature one counter that is at an accessible height.

REVIEWS

There are still some kinks. If this is a contemporary story, why does everyone at the Daily Bugle use typewriters and look like they just stepped out of the 1940s? (Eiko Ishioka's colorful costumes are otherwise on the money.) Bono and the Edge's rock score is still too generic, but at least Jonathan Deans' sound design has been refined so we can understand all of the lyrics... "Spider-Man" threatened to go down in history as one of Broadway's biggest flops. While it probably won't become one of the street's greatest smashes, it's now a fun family show that will entertain fans of both superheroes and showstoppers. Was it worth the wait? For this combination fanboy and show queen, definitely.

The new Spider-Man is more of an overt crowd-pleaser, but its most affecting features reflect the serious, arty aspirations of the original. Composer/lyricists Bono and The Edge have added one campy number, Goblin's A Freak Like Me, but the most memorable songs offer the same emotional and melodic sweep that distinguishes their work in U2. It's right after one such tune, the soaring ballad Rise Above, that Spider-Man first appears. As distinctly Edge-like guitars chime, dancers costumed as the superhero leap about like giddy children discovering a new trick.
