In Anaïs Mitchell's Greek mythology-inspired musical Hadestown, The Fates—Jewelle Blackman, Kay Trinidad and Yvette Gonzalez-Nacer—harmonize as they prophesize about Orpheus and Eurydice, and Hades and Persephone. But when they sat down to chat with TDF around Thanksgiving, the powerhouse performers talked about their own futures (and recent past), sharing backstage stories about the musical and their seasonal release If The Fates Allow: A Hadestown Holiday Album, along with their most fabulous André De Shields anecdotes.
