Yesterday, the current Off-Broadway production of Thornton Wilder's Our Town celebrated its 500th performance at the Barrow Street Theatre, extending its record as the longest-running production of the classic play.

Like always, Keith Perry (above) was there to perform. The actor, who plays Farmer McCarty, has not missed a single performance of the show, which means he has appeared in more consecutive performances of Our Town than any other actor in history. To celebrate Perry's unique achievement, the cast and crew gathered after yesterday's show to present him with a special award and to perform "Keith Perry's Song," written by some of the company members just for the occasion.

In Februray, TDF STAGES produced a video chronicling Perry's record-breaking achievement. We are pleased to re-present that video as a way of congratulating Keith on his contuining dedication. We are already anticipating his 750th performance.
