Full time students, teachers, union members, retired persons, civil service employees, staff members of not-for-profit organizations,performing arts professionals, members of the armed forces and clergy are eligible to become TDF members. Take the F Train to the East Broadway stop. Exit on East Broadway and walk east- away from Chinatown
By bus
Number 22 and Number 9 buses run from the Lower West Side of Manhattan. The No. 9 stops at East Broadway and Clinton Streets (follow subway directions from there), and the No 22 stops at Montgomery and Madison (walk one block to Montgomery and Henry). The M14 runs along 14th Street and then turns south toward the Lower East Side. Exit at Grand Street and Montgomery and walk two blocks to Henry
