TDF Membership FAQ

Proof of eligibility

Our deeply discounted tickets are only available to select groups. To qualify for TDF Membership, proof of eligibility must be uploaded to your account.

Seating

Seats can be anywhere in the theatre. We cannot guarantee or honor any special seating requests (seating locations are determined by the box office and exchanges are not possible). If you have specific seating requirements due to a disability, please consider our TDF Accessibility Programs (TAP) Membership.

Price

The printed price on the ticket will be slightly less than what you paid because a small service fee supports TDF’s arts education, accessibility and community programs. You’re still enjoying incredible savings by buying tickets through TDF, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to sharing the power of the performing with everyone.

Compliance

Our ticket services are for TDF Members only. Members must be in attendance (along with guests) at each performance. Many theatres require the TDF Member to show a current photo ID along with proof of purchase before releasing tickets. TDF Member tickets are not for resale. Continued use of TDF’s Membership program is contingent upon compliance with all policies set forth by TDF and the individual theatres. Late seating is always at the discretion of theatre management. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are possible, nor can TDF replace lost tickets.

TDF Membership vs. TKTS

The inventory available online through TDF Membership is not the same as the tickets available at our TKTS Discount Booths. Being a TDF Member does not provide any special services at the TKTS Discount Booths. You do not need to be a TDF Member to purchase tickets at our TKTS Discount Booths.
