By subway

The 1 train is the most easily accessible to the Cherry Lane Theatre. Get out at the Christopher St stop and walk three blocks south on Seventh Ave to Commerce St (also called Cherry Lane on the West Side of Seventh Ave). Turn right onto Commerce St and walk to the end of the street. The theatre will be on your left.

The A, B, C, D, E, F, and V all make stops at West 4th St on Sixth Ave, a few blocks east of Seventh Av.

By bus

The M 20 bus stops at Christopher Street and Seventh Avenue.

When you exit, walk three blocks south on Seventh Ave to Commerce St (also called Cherry Lane, on the West Side of Seventh Ave). Turn right onto Commerce St and walk to the end of the street. The theatre will be on your left. Be sure and ask your bus driver if the bus you're taking stops at Christopher St.
