a.       If you are a lottery winner you agree to not sell, dispose of, or distribute tickets to any agencies, ticket brokers, intermediaries, or give your tickets away to anyone else. Please understand that if you break this agreement, your tickets may be subject to invalidation or confiscation.

b.       If for any reason, as a lottery winner, you are unable to use the ticket/s assigned, it is understood that you will notify TDF at autism@tdf.org in a timely fashion prior to the performance allowing TDF to reassign your tickets to individuals on the lottery wait list.

c.       It is understood that by signing up for lottery tickets, you and/or individuals in your party are attending this performance because you and/or they are affected by autism or other developmental or cognitive disabilities and unable to attend a typical performance without the modifications that are being made to this specially scheduled autism-friendly performance.
