This Friday, July 5, TDF will reopen its South Street Seaport TKTS Discount Booth at a temporary location at the corner of Fulton and South Streets. (Meanwhile, its permanent home in the Seaport Marketplace at the corner of Front and John Streets is being renovated, due to damage from Hurricane Sandy.)

This temporary location, in a pop-up retail container, is part of the Seaport’s SEE/CHANGE Summer Program which is offering retail, dining, and cultural offerings in an effort to help revitalize the local community.

“We’re thrilled to again serve theatregoers living and working in Downtown Manhattan,” said TDF’s Managing Director Michael Naumann. “We felt that we owed it to the community to be back for them this summer. The rebuilding of our permanent location was taking longer than we had hoped, so this temporary booth, just steps away at Fulton and South Streets, was the perfect solution.”

As a reminder, this TKTS booth offers same-day tickets for evening performances and next-day tickets for matinee performances of Broadway and Off Broadway shows. The operating hours for TKTS Seaport booth are Monday-Saturday from 11 AM to 6PM and Sunday from 11am to 4pm
