The Tony Award nominations for the 2018-2019 Broadway season are out! The complete list is below, along with links to articles we’ve written about the nominees on TDF Stages.

The musical Hadestown leads the pack with 14 nominations, including Best Musical. Also of note: Ali Stroker, who’s nominated for Best Performance by an Actress in a Featured Role in a Musical for Oklahoma!, makes history as the first performer who uses a wheelchair to receive a nod. Jeremy Pope scored two acting nominations: Best Performance by an Actor in a Leading Role in a Play for Choir Boy, and Best Performance by an Actor in a Featured Role in a Musical for Ain’t Too Proud – The Life and Times of The Temptations. And no, we didn’t make a mistake: To Kill a Mockingbird was not nominated for Best Play, though it received nine other nods.

The 73rd annual ceremony will take place on Sunday, June 9 at Radio City Music Hall, hosted by James Corden.
