Even though in-person theatre and dance are back in full swing, in the name of accessibility we’re continuing to round up performances to watch online from the comfort of home. Our curated list spotlights the five best options to stream this weekend, Friday, July 17 to Sunday, July 19, for free or at low cost.

Pacific Resident Theatre: The Price

Streaming Saturday, July 18 at 5 p.m. and Sunday, July 19 at 6 p.m. ET for $35.

It’s not done as frequently as Death of a Salesman or The Crucible, but The Price may be Arthur Miller’s most moving play. The tale of two estranged brothers who reunite in the wake of their father’s death to deal with his estate, it’s a powerful exploration of regret, remembrance and how difficult it is to reconcile. Venice, California’s Pacific Resident Theatre is live-streaming the final performances of its well-received production courtesy of The League of Live Stream Theater.

Live from 54 Below: Ann Hampton Callaway and Liz Callaway: BOOM! 15th Anniversary Concert

Live-streaming on Saturday, July 18 at 7 p.m. ET for $33.50.

Two Tony-nominated sisters—jazz singer Ann Hampton Callaway, who wrote and performed the iconic theme to The Nanny, and Broadway Baby Liz Callaway, who voiced a number of cinematic princesses—reunite for the 15th anniversary of their popular concert BOOM! A nostalgia-filled journey, the show features personal stories and favorite songs from their childhood, including hits from Joni Mitchell, Carole King, Bob Dylan, The Beatles, Barbra Streisand and Stevie Wonder. Streaming live from the cabaret hub’s swanky stage. If you prefer to attend in person, click here for info.

Great Performances at the Met: I Puritani

Streaming until Monday, July 27 for FREE.

Celebrated set designer Charles Edwards made his Metropolitan Opera directorial debut earlier this year with Bellini’s I Puritani, featuring Lisette Oropesa and Lawrence Brownlee as Elvira and Arturo, whose ill-fated romance is thwarted by politics and war. Elvira’s iconic mad scene is a showstopper!

National Theatre at Home: London Road

Streaming for $10.

As part of his final season as the artistic director of London’s National Theatre, Rufus Norris restaged one of the early successes from his tenure, London Road, Alecky Blyth and Adam Cork’s disquieting docu-musical about a small town rocked by the discovery of a misogynistic serial killer in their midst. Using verbatim interviews for the script and songs, the show earned rave reviews in its 2025 remounting, just as it had a decade earlier. This is just one of the many fantastic National Theatre shows you can stream, so be sure to browse the entire list. Captions are available for all offerings.

Theater of War Productions: An Enemy of the People Starring Willem Dafoe

Streaming for FREE.

Last month Theater of War Productions, a company that uses classical texts to examine contemporary issues, presented excerpts from Ibsen’s An Enemy of the People in Athens, Greece as part of the SNF Nostos Festival. Willem Dafoe, Jason Isaacs, Brían F. O’Byrne and Frankie Faison headlined the performance about a doctor who tries to sound the alarm about an environmental hazard but is silenced by his community. Afterward, director Bryan Doerries facilitated a town hall-style discussion about public health, freedom of the speech and environmental justice.
