James Bannon (in association with Off The Kerb Productions) is bringing his critically acclaimed One Man Show to the Soho Playhouse.
Based on his bestselling book, Running With The Firm, James has performed to sell out audiences at the famed Edinburgh Festival and London’s West End.
James will take you on a journey back to 1980’s Britain where he worked as an undercover police officer tasked with infiltrating the notorious Millwall football hooligan gang, The Bushwackers. You will experience first-hand from the man himself, the high’s and low’s of working undercover with some of the hardest and most dangerous criminals, what it feels like when you get too close and ultimately why getting out is often harder than getting in.
