R Culture is a world premiere of a new edgy dark comedy by Cecilia Copeland (named Person of the Year by Indie Theatre Now '13).  R Culture  toes the line between what's funny and what's so horrible we can't help but laugh, promising to be a wildly theatrical experience:, a charring roast of our culture with a winking self-awareness.

Throw together an androgynous ringmaster, a couple clowns, football players, bridezillas, red carpet interviews and some sexy birds selling tree houses and you’ve got a biting look at Modern American culture. "R Culture" invites its audience on an adventure through a series of vignettes of three women in a traveling circus. Along the way, the women slowly unveil the startling truth about "Rape Culture" in our society through a Satiric Lens.
