A Lebanese journalist. An American diplomat. An African Pope.

Riddled with international intrigue, Tom Dulack's astonishingly prescient play (conceived in 2007) imagines a world where the first black African Pope is in the Vatican, and the first 3rd party President in American history is in power.

With America under threat and a full-scale civil war raging in Syria, the President must act. Will the Pope intervene directly in American foreign policy in Syria, or can he be made to acquiesce?

A topical, provocative piece of theater that is also a blistering thriller!
