Yevgeny Kutik and Dina Vainshtein bring us another valentine.
Hailed for his dazzling command of the violin, the 28-year-old Russian-American violinist Yevgeny Kutik performs selections from his most recent album Music from the Suitcase as well as Cesar Franck's towering Sonata in A.
Music from the Suitcase is collection of Russian rarities by prominent composers like Prokofiev, Stravinsky, and Tchaikovsky, punctuated with delightful treasures by contemporaries Andrei Eshpai, Anton Rubinstein, and others that remain virtually unknown in the West. Accompanied by Dina Vainshtein on piano.
