Go-Go Opera, the performance, launches Queering The Stage: A Road Map To GLBT History & Heroes, Through Play & Monologues.
This performance art opera celebrates LGBTQ heroes by revisiting Protest monologues and scenes from Shamblin’s anthology Queering The Stage.

Interpreted through music, visual art, and a powerful ensemble of artists, it acts as a call to action for our Queer family. The sexually fluid, gender benders, trans, dl, gay, bi, and straight open minded will leave with fag tools for life. Signed copies of Shamblin’s book with his  “How To Make A Performance” chapter are available. Ebooks can be purchased now at FastPencil, Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and iTunes.
