The Honeycomb Trilogy is a 3 part sci-fi epic by Mac Rogers that premiered over 6 months in 2012 and earned two rave New York Times reviews, eight critic's picks, and one NYIT Award for Outstanding Premiere Production.

ADVANCE MAN
Advance Man
centers on the family of Bill Cooke, the leader of a group of astronauts who have returned from the first manned mission to Mars bearing secrets and illicit cargo that could forever alter not only their lives, but all of humanity.

BLAST RADIUS
Blast Radius is an emotionally charged science fiction thriller.  The story of a family – and a planet – at war with itself, BLAST RADIUS follows a brother and sister on opposite sides of an extraterrestrial occupation as each rushes to carry out plans that will change the human race forever.

SOVEREIGN
In Sovereign, the final installment of Mac Rogers' epic Honeycomb Trilogy, the human race is slowly rebuilding. Ronnie, now a battle-scarred Governor, must decide the fate of the greatest war criminal still living: her brother Abbie. Abbie's last desperate measure on behalf of the aliens forces a confrontation between species that will forever change the future of the human race.

Reviews

  • “The crackling alien-takeover drama can operate independently of its former installments. In fact, winding blind through the narrative maze...creates the sensation of gradually unfolding truth, of hearing a story at the edge of great complexity.

    ----TimeOut NY
  • “One of the most intelligent and complex theatrical events of the year.”
