After a break-up, Kyle places an ad on Craigslist to take in a new roommate. As the two men learn to live together, dark secrets unfold that bring back horrifying flashbacks about Kyle's past. His feelings for his ex-girlfriend Tina surface, but what is the real cause of his sadistic behavior?

Torn by his emotions,in the end, is it Tina or Timmy who will help him realize that love is not worth dying for?
