Daniel Quinn receives a phone call. On the other end of the line is a man asking for Paul Auster, private detective. Quinn claims to be Auster and falls down a rabbit hole.

A one man show with three performers, one of whom does all the speaking. Full of double and triple identities and using video and music throughout. Scored by Freddi Price (Drama Desk nominee for The Pigeoning). Adapted by Edward Einhorn from Paul Auster's film noir-inspired absurdist first novel, the beginning of his New York Trilogy

Adapted and directed by Edward Einhorn
From the novel by Paul Auster
