With vocalist/saxophonist Camille Thurman, vocalist Charenee Wade, pianist James Hurt, bassist Buster Williams, drummer Darrell Green, and trumpeters Marcus Printup (9/13 only) and Freddie Hendrix (9/14 only)


The multitalented Camille Thurman is an award-winning composer, formidable saxophonist, and second-place winner of the prestigious Sarah Vaughan Vocal Competition. She has performed with artists ranging from the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra with Wynton Marsalis, Dr. Billy Taylor, George Coleman, Lew Tabackin, and George Benson.

Co-headlining the evening with her is vocalist extraordinaire Charenee Wade, who is a regular highlight of the annual festival and someone who works exceptionally well with other singers.
