The Irish-French chanteuse Camille O'Sullivan returns to Irish Arts Center in a tribute to the legendary Belgian singer-songwriter Jacques Brel.

With her longtime collaborator pianist Feargal Murray and her band, Camille performs from her latest album, Brel, and summons the haunting Parisian soul within Brel’s repertoire, including such favorites as “Amsterdam” and “Ne Me Quitte Pas."

As much storyteller as singer, Camille has a respected international reputation for her interpretations of the songs of Jacques Brel, Nick Cave, Tom Waits, and Kurt Weill. Chameleon-like on stage and by turns fierce, amusing and mesmerizing, Camille transforms each song she performs into a grippingly theatrical experience, inextricably drawing her audience into a world inhabited by the bizarre and wonderful.
