Vilna, based on real people and events – tells the incredible story of two boys who saved the lives of thousands.
Vilna tells the story of actual people, Motke Zeidel and Yudi Farber, from the ages of 11 through 28, who saved the lives of thousands in the remarkable city of Vilna during WW II.
As their world collapses from being a vibrant metropolis to a stifling ghetto and ultimately the killing pits of the Ponar forest, they repeatedly confront painful choices and risk their lives to save others.
