The Dog, The Night and The Knife follows an unnamed protagonist “M”(Julia Ubrankovics) as she navigates an unfamiliar dystopia full of blood-thirsty strangers, both human and canine.
In this world, saying “I want you” is the same as saying “I want to eat you.” Yet M’s presence brings unfamiliar feelings of tenderness among the cannibalistic denizens of this surreal nightmare-scape, making us ask whether can love can blossom in a world of unrelenting carnality.
Haunted by the demons of destruction (Dieterich Gray), “Younger Sister” (Tunde Skovran) discovers new unfamiliar feelings towards “M” in an exploration of the possibility of love amidst a cannibalistic dystopia.
