Bless the new theater season with producers Pat Addiss and Kathryn Fisher who have scheduled a rousing Broadway Blessing to kick off the 2019/2020 season!

The evening will include a special tribute to Hal Prince by Chita Rivera, along with performances by Broadway and Off-Broadway performers from Ain’t Too Proud, Fiddler on the Roof, Phantom of the Opera, Lion King, Desperate Measures and Hair.

The Broadway Blessing Choir and musicians, will perform under the direction of Stephen Fraser, George Drance, SJ (LaMaMa Magis Theatre) will Emcee and the evening will culminate with a candle-lighting ceremony led by clergy from various churches and Rabbi Jill from the Actors’ Temple.

Designed as a program of song, dance and story to celebrate the spirit of the new theater season, Broadway Blessing was founded by Retta Blaney and started in 1997.
