NOTES FROM NOW weaves together words and music to create a gallery of playful, provocative, and profound observations on the human journey. The line-up features newly-commissioned original songs created by 21 of today’s brightest musical theater writers.

COVID Safety Information:
Effective February 7, 2022, Audiences will need to be fully vaccinated AND have proof of a booster dose (for those eligible in accordance with CDC guidelines) to attend a performance at 59E59 Theaters. Fully vaccinated means having had your booster shot (based on vaccination type) of an FDA or WHO authorized COVID-19 vaccine two weeks (14 days) before your performance date. Proof of full vaccination (and booster) must be provided along with a government issued photo ID with matching name. Proof of vaccination can be shown with one of the following: 
your vaccination card, 
a photo of your vaccination card, or 
via an official governmental mobile app or website; 
NYS residents or those who received a vaccination in NYS may present proof of vaccination via the Excelsior Pass app. For more information about the Excelsior Pass please visit epass.ny.gov. 
Effective February 11, 2022, masks remain mandatory inside our building and theater spaces. KN95 (or better) masks are highly recommended PLUS we are providing one to anyone who wants it, upon arrival.
