Blueprint Productions presents CHEKHOV + TURGENEV
Two plays about love, not war. Performed in repertory, scored in jazz.

Featuring a live jazz quartet nightly.  Three Sisters, a sparkling new adaptation of the play by Anton Chekhov and About Love, a musical play with songs, inspired by Ivan Turgenev’s novella, “First Love”.

In this fresh, funny and moving reimagining of Chekhov’s play, Olga, Masha and Irina are talented, cultured young women who were raised in Moscow, but are now living in a small, provincial town. As they each pursue their dreams and passions amongst the soldiers garrisoned there, they yearn for a return to Moscow and the beautiful life it offers.
