Fusion Theatre Company presents an innovative opera-infused production of Euripides' Medea. Directed by Artistic Director Eilin O’Dea, the production fuses Euripides’ classic with excerpts from Cherubini's opera Medea, featuring a small core group of classical actors who are also classically-trained opera singers performing both genres as part of a production that seamlessly merges the two. Scorned by the father of her children who has denounced her and is marrying another woman, Medea concocts a terrible revenge.
