Winter highlights NYCB’s evolution by introducing favorites from Jerome Robbins and continues the journey through our 75-year history with later works from additional integral NYCB choreographers Peter Martins, Christopher Wheeldon and Justin Peck. An NYCB season wouldn’t be complete without new entries to the repertory, and the winter welcomes world premieres from Tiler Peck and Alexei Ratmansky, the former choreographing her first ballet for the NYCB stage and the latter creating his first work since joining the Company as artist in residence. As a special treat, the late former Principal Dancer and Repertory Director Albert Evans’ 2005 pas de deux In a Landscape is also being revived for the anniversary occasion.
