A sell-out across the fringe festival circuit, The Stakeout is a comedy/drama about two men on a stakeout of two men on a stakeout of them. Uniquely fresh, funny, and fearless, The Stakeout is a head trip about fathers & sons that keeps one guessing until the very end.

Sitting in a van, two FBI agents conduct a stakeout of another van, one in which they bear witness to a high-stakes moment between a father and son. It’s a moment that exactly mirrors their own personal histories, and which they decide to incorporate into their cover story. The questions, though, of what’s real and of who’s surveilling whom become evermore uncertain as they grow closer to busting the van’s production of a new street drug called Empathy, a narcotic that makes its users see everything from everyone else’s point of view.
