The Parlour of Deceptions is a theatrical magic show held in a modern-day Victorian Salon: the exclusive Salmagundi Club of New York. Award-winning magician and mentalist Daniel Roy will regale you with stories of card cheats while demonstrating their most famous feats. Drawing on his degree in neuroscience from the University of Pennsylvania, he provides a “peek behind the curtain” into how magic tricks the brain. Limited to just 40 guests, this is an intimate experience of wonder.
Off-Off Broadway
Show Notes: The show’s dress code is cocktail attire. Please note that your time at the Salmagundi Club will conclude about two hours after the scheduled showtime.
Age Guidance: 13
Audience Advisory: While this is not a kids show and the magic is geared towards adults, the performance is entirely “clean” and appropriate for audience members age 13 years and older.
