No Policy, No Justice, produced by Karen Brown and The Negro Ensemble Company, brings together three of the country's brightest Black playwrights, all who have penned powerful pieces focusing on the survivors of shootings and incidents of gun violence in America. How does one grieve? How does one heal? How can one move forward towards the light when grappling with the darkness of the world and the greatest hurt and loss? Breathe by Cynthia Grace Robinson, Elevators Not Necessary by Mona R. Washington and Is Heaven Still Blue For The Fallen Angels by Cris Eli Blak make up the evening of premiere one-act plays that inform, educate, enlighten and entertain.
