Dying is easy, comedy is hard.
Three of Britain’s all-time greatest comedy heroes—Tommy Cooper, Eric Morecambe and Bob Monkhouse—walk into a dressing room and ponder what it means to be funny… really funny!
The Last Laugh imagines a meeting between a trio of legendary comedians: Cooper, beloved for his magic tricks that didn’t work; Morecambe, whose double act is the focus of the 2003 Broadway hit The Play What I Wrote; and Monkhouse, renowned for his witty remarks as a game show host.
This laugh-a-minute show is a side-splitting and poignant love letter to the golden age of television comedy and its lasting impression on the entertainment world.
Produced by Evolution Productions & Jamie Wilson Productions.
