The Table grapples with our drives - the cravings and unrelenting impulses that propel us into accomplishment, and dissatisfaction. It embodies the exertions and contortions that result - sometimes painful, sometimes absurd, often both - and wonders: what might happen when we stop? How might we stop?

Through visceral meditations on insatiability, grief and the body in systems, The Table pries open murky depths with fever dream hallucinations. A liminal dream space, it is a world in which every thing or one could be a portal. The life force is in everything.

Three performers- 30, 50, 100, and two puppeteers probe the precarity of the imbalances through manipulation and existing inside of gravitational forces. Through humor and a few jumps in space-time, they live inside of this question: what is enough? Engaged in Pink Fang’s multi-layered, iterative devised process, The Table is evolving continually. Gravity may shift.
