Murder, mystery, and mayhem take center stage as IRTE (Improvisational Repertory Theatre Ensemble) returns with Dial M for MacGuffin, a fully improvised thriller inspired by the cinematic style of Alfred Hitchcock. Equal parts suspenseful and absurd, this original production promises a night where danger lurks around every corner, and laughter is never far behind.
Thrills and intrigue abound. Can you survive a beautiful blonde, a length of rope, and a suspicious bird? Will you leave dizzy with vertigo… or in stitches? In Dial M for MacGuffin, no one - not even the cast - knows what will happen next. Each performance blends classic noir tension with IRTE’s signature comedic chaos.
With a mix of stylized suspense and spontaneous storytelling, Dial M for MacGuffin delivers a unique theatrical experience that is equal parts homage and parody. Expect twists, turns, and unexpected hilarity in a world where anything can (and will) happen.
