A modern, music-infused retelling of the classic Spanish story of tyranny overthrown. 

In 15th-century Spain, a menacing Commander terrorizes a small town’s citizens—especially the women. Pushed to their limit, the people of Fuente Ovejuna rise up against their oppressor in a fierce act of unity and bravery. Based on actual events, the story was immortalized by one of Spain’s greatest and most influential Golden Age dramatists.

Now, Trinity Rep’s adaptation of this timeless masterpiece reverberates with fresh urgency.

    We have an infrared system made by Listen Technologies. The units come in two type: stethoscope (with ear pieces attached to the unit) and lanyard (worn around the neck with a set of headphones). We also have loops that can be plugged into the lanyards. The loop will transmit the audio feed to your hearing aid.

    The Civic Center Garage is located next door to Trinity Rep (165 Washington St.) with 450 parking spots (cash only). Additional parking is located within three blocks of the theater, including metered street parking (meters active until 9:00 pm). Parking may be limited when other events are occurring in the area.
