Now in its 44th season, the Takács Quartet is renowned for bringing a sense of vitality and excitement to their performances with uncompromising attention to detail.

Their dozens of recordings have garnered three Gramophone Awards, a Grammy Award, three Japanese Record Academy Awards, Disc of the Year at the inaugural BBC Music Magazine Awards, and Ensemble Album of the Year at the Classical Brits.
