It's hard to look on the bright side of Broadway going dark, but theatre lovers can take solace in how stage stars are coming together to support the industry while giving us awesome performances to watch from our couches. For musical fans, this Sunday brings the most exciting live-streamed event yet, as one of Broadway's biggest champions, Rosie O'Donnell, resurrects her eponymous TV talk show online. She'll welcome a slew of stage celebrities including Tony winners Leslie Uggams, Patti LuPone, Ali Stroker, Stephanie J. Block, Matthew Broderick, Sutton Foster, Jane Krakowski, Norbert Leo Butz, Audra McDonald, Brian Stokes Mitchell, Cynthia Erivo, Alan Menken, Idina Menzel, Ben Platt, Billy Porter, Kelli O'Hara, Neil Patrick Harris, Harvey Fierstein, Chita Rivera and Judith Light, plus Skylar Astin, Andrew Rannells, Annette Bening, Brandon Victor Dixon, Tituss Burgess, Darren Criss, Gloria Estefan, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Jeremy Jordan, Matthew Morrison, Marisa Tomei, Aaron Tveit, Morgan Freeman, Megan Hilty, Barry Manilow, Katharine McPhee...I think you get the picture. Even if shows were running, this would be a must-see event to stay home for. You can check out the full lineup on

All participants will be performing from the safety of their own homes, so it will be fun to get a peek at their digs, too. You can watch the live-stream on Sunday, March 22 at 7 p.m. EST on's YouTube channel. While it's free, donations to The Actors Fund to benefit those in the industry who've lost their jobs due to the COVID-19 crisis are encouraged.

In a statement, O'Donnell said: "Everybody who knows me knows that Broadway has been one of the brightest lights in my life since the time I was a little girl. It has also been the lifeblood of New York City for generation after generation. After all Broadway has given to the world, now—in this time of tremendous need—it's our turn to give something back." Fellow Broadway fans know exactly what she's talking about.
