TDF’s New Membership and Ticketing Platform FAQ

Our team continues to work around the clock to deliver an improved ticketing experience, and the good news is that we have already made significant progress. We plan to roll out many requested features over the coming months. For now, if you experience any issues with our new system, email customerservice@tdf.org. Please note that due to a high volume of messages:

  • We are prioritizing issues that directly impact your memberships and tickets.
  • We may not respond to emails about suggestions for improvements, but we are taking note of every one!

Below are answers to frequently asked questions.

Why did TDF change ticketing platforms?

Our new and improved system makes purchasing tickets and updating your account easier. You can edit your personal information, save a payment method, view your past and future orders, and enjoy a more user-friendly purchasing experience. The site looks different, but TDF Membership offers, prices and account information remain the same.

Do I need to reset my password?

Yes. Go to members.tdf.org, click the Log In button and then click the Forgot your password? link to create a new one.

Do I need to create a new account?

No. Once you reset your password, you can log in with your usual email.

Is my account information the same?

Aside from your password, yes! Everything else about your TDF account is the same. You have access to the same offers at the same prices as before, and all of your personal information, including your email and phone number, should be intact.

I have multiple TDF accounts. Am I still able to access them?

If you have more than one Membership type (e.g., general TDF and TAP) and you do not see both listed when you log in, please contact our Customer Experience team at customerservice@tdf.org.

Can I see my future ticket orders?

Yes, you can view all your upcoming ticket orders, even ones you placed before the transition.

Do I still have access to the same ticket offers?

Yes. The layout looks different, but the offers and prices remain the same.

Have any prices or fees changed?

No, not at this time.

Do I have the same expiration date?

Yes. To look up your expiration date, log in to your account, click on your name at the top right and then choose My Account from the drop-down. Scroll down to the bottom of that page to the My Memberships section, which lists your Membership type(s) and your expiration date(s).

Did my account credit carry over?

Unused TDF credit should be available. To check your balance, log in to your account, click on your name at the top right and then choose My Account from the drop-down. On the left-hand side, click Saved Payments. That’s where you’ll see any credit card numbers on file as well as your credit balance, if any.

Some of my account information is incorrect. How can I fix it?

To update your personal information, log in to your account, click on your name at the top right and then choose My Account from the drop-down. Click the Edit buttons to make corrections to your info. If you are unable to edit your personal information, please contact our Customer Experience team at customerservice@tdf.org.

How do I order tickets?

  1. Log in at members.tdf.org to browse current ticket offers. If you had the old ticketing link bookmarked, you will need to update it.
  2. Filter by venue, category, date, keyword and more. Click on a show for more information along with available dates and times.
  3. Select your desired performance and number of tickets (up to 9 per performance), then click the Add to Cart button. Click the shopping cart at the top right to check out. If you want to continue shopping, click My Offers at the top of the page.
  4. When you are ready to check out, click the shopping cart icon at the top right. Please review the details of your purchase as all orders are final, refunds and exchanges are not allowed! Confirm the tickets are for the performance, date and time you want. When you are ready, click the Proceed to checkout button.
  5. Verify that your order is correct, as well as all of your personal information (i.e., your name, address and billing information). Enter your credit card number (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and—new with this platform—Apple Pay and Google Pay), expiration date and CVV number, or use a saved payment method. Then click the Place Order button.
  6. The final page is your confirmation and receipt, which will also be emailed to you.

All TDF tickets are held at the box office for pickup within an hour of showtime. Only the TDF Member who placed the order can pick up the tickets. The box office may ask you to present your order confirmation and/or a photo ID.

I’m having technical difficulties, (e.g., can’t complete a transaction, page isn’t loading or crashes, etc.). What should I do?

Try reloading or refreshing the page. If that does not work, please contact our Customer Experience team at customerservice@tdf.org for help troubleshooting.

Did my saved settings and bookmarked links carry over?

No. Since this is a new ticketing platform, your settings and bookmarks need to be updated. When you log in, save your settings and bookmark the new link.

Did the filters I used carry over?

No, though most filter options are still be available. When you log in, click the filters you want. They are located on the left-hand side. We realize the filters are buggy! We are working on it.

Is my data still secure on the new platform?

Absolutely! Run by Salesforce, our new enterprise-grade platform is trusted by thousands of organizations worldwide, with built-in protections including data encryption and strict access controls. TDF’s privacy and data protection commitments remain fully in place, and guarding your personal information remains a top priority.

How do I submit my proof of eligibility?

You no longer need to email us, you can upload your proof to your account! When you log in, go to “My Account” in the top right-hand corner. Scroll down to your Membership info. Click the Certify button to upload a PDF or photo of your proof of eligibility.
