Theater Description

Established in 2017, The New Stage Performance Space is the artistic home of the award-winning New Stage Theatre Company. Since 2002, New Stage has challenged audiences with daring and dynamic works, and with this permanent home the company expands its artistic programming to engage a larger group of diverse artists, both through New Stage productions and other projects presented at the space.

The space allows the company to build on a longtime commitment to presenting boundary-defying works. Here New Stage will continue to support the creation of original, multidisciplinary productions that engage artists from theatre, dance, music, visual art and performance art.

New Stage continues to champion artists with bold and original voices, particularly immigrant and first-generation American artists. They are honored to foster such artists' contributions at the New Stage Performance Space, a vibrant home for experimental work
