Theater Description

Houghton Hall Arts Community is a new rehearsal and arts management facility in the NoMad neighborhood of midtown Manhattan.Opening early 2023, Houghton Hall offers 17,000 square feet of offices, rehearsal rooms, acting studios, and meeting space to performing arts organizations, teachers, actors, and other arts professionals. Rehearsal rooms are from 250-1,750 square feet and are available by the hour or by the day.

Mission: Houghton Hall Arts Community is a vibrant rehearsal, meeting and gathering space for performing and visual artists offering a mutually beneficial relationship with the Church of the Transfiguration, an inclusive church with historic ties to the theatre community.

Vision: Houghton Hall Arts Community is a strong, collaborative group of artists, independent and non-profit theatre companies, and arts entrepreneurs helping one another persevere and thrive in the competitive New York artistic marketplace.
