Theater Description

A favorite of many companies looking to rent a theater in mid-town. The Mint is conveniently located on 43rd Street, between 8th and 9th Avenues. Easily reached by the all Times Square trains and buses. The theater is available for use 24 hours a day. Equity approved, or perfect for non-union use. They provide the space, the light and sound package and utilities – you provide your own staff. Our spacious lobby can accommodate a pre- or post-show event. Call us to arrange a visit and to check for open time slots. Rates are reasonable.

Rentals are Monday to Monday, minimum of 1 week. Daytime rentals for readings and backers auditions, as well as dark-night 1 day rentals can often be arranged.
