SheNYC Arts Summer Theater Festival

Select shows streaming until Tuesday, August 5 for $6.

Although the SheNYC Arts Summer Theater Festival wrapped its in-person performances last weekend, you can watch recordings of select shows from home for just a few bucks. Despite its binary title, SheNYC has expanded its mission to showcase work by all gender-marginalized creators, essentially anyone who doesn't identify as a cisgender man. Offerings available to stream include the musical Wilderness!, about teens in a rural therapy program; and the plays Goatman, about a romantic getaway ruined by the sudden death of a parent and The Word of the Day, about a twentysomething obsessed with linguistics. Check out the entire lineup to see what piques your interest.
