The Sinless is a female-centric story told in an experimental and intimate manner.
The non-linear plot examines the wants and desires of Annabelle, a married Orthodox Jewish woman, living on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, who begins to doubt her chosen faith as well as her commitment to her husband Tuvia, a man whose strong beliefs supersedes everything else in his life, including Annabelle.
When the couple spends a weekend apart, Annabelle decides to embark on a rebellious journey and indulge in her unspoken desires. The play takes a daring approach and deals with several taboo themes.
