No one wins and breaks hearts like writer/comedian Bill Posley (Shrinking, Kobra Kai). Some people accidentally miss their bus, some accidentally misplace their keys, but Bill? In The Day I Accidentally Went to War, Bill will take you on a journey through childhood traumas to basic training and deployment to coming home. Packed with laughs, gasps and all the feels, this show bares brutal truths, honors the Veteran experience and celebrates the human spirit.

From the comedian and Shrinking co-writer and the award-winning team behind his powerful hit comedy The Day I Became Black (2019 Off Broadway Alliance Best Solo Performance; 2018 International Fringe Encore Selection) comes a “poignant, emotional and hilarious” new comedy about the good, the bad and the ugly of Bill’s own Veteran experience. Don’t miss this relevant “roller coaster ride of extreme emotions: from laughter to pain, from insightful, universal perspectives, to deep expressions of love and meaning.”
