MasterVoices invites you on a journey through mortal vices and divine virtues.

Artistic Director Ted Sperling has gathered seven powerhouse composing teams from the worlds of Broadway and classical music to create SEVEN: A Cycle of Sins, a choral song cycle inspired by the Seven Deadly Sins. Filled with fire, drama and humor, SEVEN will be presented alongside a work known for its ethereal delicacy: Gabriel Fauré’s Requiem in D Minor.

Showcasing soprano and baritone soloists, the MasterVoices Chorus and a chamber orchestra incorporating Alice Tully Hall’s majestic pipe organ, the evening promises choral music at its most thrilling.
