In the last 30 years, New Victory has welcomed almost 730,000 New York City public school students for subsidized school performances and over two million patrons for public performances, helping to bring high-quality performing arts to kids from the earliest years onwards.

The 2026-27 season includes:
Rosie Revere, Ada Twist, and Iggy Peck: The Questioneers
Ages 4+
October 17 - 25, 2026

When Ms. Greer’s second-grade class gets marooned on an island, who will save the day? Three out-of-the-box thinkers, of course – Rosie Revere, Ada Twist, and Iggy Peck: The Questioneers! Based on the bestselling STEM-centric book series by Andrea Beaty with illustrations by David Roberts, this original musical sees everyone’s favorite kid engineer, scientist and architect team up to tackle big problems with ingenuity, cooperation and a measure of encouragement from the adults in their lives. Let’s test! Let’s build! Let’s go!

DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME
Ages 7+
November 14 - November 29, 2026

Feel the undeniable intensity of real movement as the fearless Action Heroes of STREB EXTREME ACTION fall, flip, fly and crash in a marathon of physical fortitude. Across a series of action events choreographed by daredevil Elizabeth Streb, she and her Action Heroes name the impossible and then do it. Busting out of their comfort zones, they harness the power of life’s invisible forces – gravity, velocity, momentum, impact – to propel their bodies where most would never go. They slam to the ground, explode into the air and inspire genuine athletic awe. But no: DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME.

Tilt! An ’80s Circus Thrill Ride
 Ages 5+
December 5, 2026 - January 3, 2027

Scrunchie that side pony and tumble through the turnstiles at Tilt! An ’80s Circus Thrill Ride from Cirque Mechanics. Winter wonderland? Psych! It's a hot summer day at Totally Awesome Land, where a brat pack of acrobats is flipping, flying and flouting the rules to a totally tubular synth pop soundtrack! A human-powered Ferris wheel lights up the midway as classic rides get rad circus makeovers – a drop tower teeterboard, a chair swing aerial act, a rollercoaster car ballet. So hike up those legwarmers and burn off the chill with an acid-washed dose of feel-good neon nostalgia for the most bodacious decade of them all!

The Sorcerer's Apprentice
Ages 7+
January 15 - January 24, 2027

The owl soaring over young Gunda’s woodland town is not what he seems – he watches over the townspeople, protecting them from nature’s hazards. He is the Sorcerer, and he’s looking for a student. Gunda isn’t sure wizardry is for her, but when her family falls on hard times, she must rise to the challenge and become The Sorcerer’s Apprentice. With ethereal scenery, exquisite puppets and spellbinding magic, this brand-new story inspired by the 18th-century poem is not just a cautionary tale, but a reminder that the greatest lessons come from embracing our mistakes and opening our hearts.

The Mo & Co. Show!
Ages 4+
February 6 - February 21, 2027

Oh. My. Pigeon. It’s #1 bestselling, lunch doodling, Caldecott Honor and Emmy Award-winning author Mo Willems, live on the New Victory stage! Fresh from sold-out shindigs at San Francisco Sketchfest, The Mo & Co. Show! draws fans of Mo’s beloved children's book characters – “bestus” pals Elephant and Piggie, Knuffle Bunny and more – into a rowdy hour of riffing and reading. With kids’ music superstar Kate Micucci on ukulele, and author and muse Cher Willems manning the projections, Mo performs a handful of classic stories, guided in true improv fashion by conversations with the audience. Wiggle, giggle and guffaw at this silly storytime celebration that’s never performed quite the same way twice!

Little Journey
Ages 8+
March 6 - March 14, 2027

One boy from India and another from China find themselves on a shared adventure told through enchanting dance – a Little Journey pulled from the pages of Wu Cheng’en’s 16th-century epic, Journey to the West. United in courage and curiosity, they support each other and move in concert, leaping, swirling, gesturing in a spirited synergy of Kathak and traditional Chinese dance. Aakash Odedra’s choreography blends the classical with the contemporary and captures the universal magic of newfound friendship, reminding us that it doesn't matter where you come from: anyone can be a friend.

Ten Thousand Hours
 Ages 5+
March 20 - April 4, 2027

When do you get to wow? After Ten Thousand Hours of play and perseverance! In a dynamic display of discipline and fun-loving discovery, the eight audacious acrobats of Gravity & Other Myths prove that practice makes a perfect game. One-upping each other, stacked two and three high, these mischievous mates share weight and laughs while a giant onstage clock counts down and keeps score. Flipping each other like water bottles? Let's try it! Fifty-two one-armed handstands? Why not fifty-three? Cheer them on as they fall down, get back up and celebrate the time it takes to pull off the phenomenal.

Mario the Maker Magician Returns!
 Ages 4+
April 17 - May 9, 2027

Everyone say, “Encore!” Mario Marchese, the world's loudest kid whisperer, is back at the New Victory by popular demand. Doubling down on his signature grab bag of sleight-of-hand slapstick, heartfelt storytelling and geeky do-it-yourselfitude, Mario gives kids permission to dream big and do what they love. Ready for another high-octane helping of robot magic? Join in on the chaos when Mario the Maker Magician Returns!

Doodle POP
Ages 4+
May 15 - May 23, 2027

What do you see? What can it be? It’s giggles galore when Boogie and Woogie make magic with artful illustrations, silly scribbles and interactive animation. Accompanied by two musicians, this captivating clown duo from Seoul, South Korea, shows us we can go anywhere and do anything with a little bit of ink and a big imagination. Like cartoons come to life, Doodle POP is a hilarious nonverbal visual treat!
