And three generations of the Berger family, trapped inside their cramped tenement, struggle to hold different visions of an American dream and the Jewish experience. Directed by Tyne Rafaeli, this classic battle between hope and disillusionment returns to Broadway, speaking thrillingly to the crises of the present moment.

A motorized lift provides easy access to seats in the front orchestra on house left (rows AA – F, odd-numbered seats) for those who have difficulty with stairs. Audience members who want to use this lift should speak with a member of the theatre staff when they arrive. -
